We are currently seeking a Global Account Manager (m / f / d) to join our team!

Tasks
  • Support the smooth operation of the sales department, delivering all aspects of the hotel’s proactive sales initiatives to maximize revenue.
  • Proactively work to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Achieve sales initiatives and hotel targets by implementing plans and objectives.
  • Manage the sales team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
  • Oversee the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory, and ensuring productivity and performance levels are met.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Review business performance and provide recommendations to enhance financial results.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation, maintaining due diligence, and documenting activities for audits.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and offer advice and recommendations.
  • High personal integrity and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Experience using IT systems across various platforms.
  • Fluent in German and English.
