The main task is to provide holistic support to customer groups and their production facilities when investing in the complete product portfolio. A high degree of conceptual planning and management of customers as well as the provision of products and services in close cooperation with the operational Heidelberg locations is an integral part of the Global Account Team. The Global Account Manager is responsible for the development of business with Heidelberg's major customers in terms of sales and earnings. The goal is to build and maintain long-term, value-adding relationships that drive the company's global sales and market success.
