Job Description:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role involves maintaining and developing revenue within existing Colt accounts in a specific region, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

What you will do:
  • Maintain and enhance customer portfolios by identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and implement plans to reduce churn and renew contracts with minimal price reductions.
  • Create compelling win-strategies for each opportunity and execute them professionally.
  • Present industry-leading proposals to IT and General Management of clients.
  • Build relationships at the C-Level within existing accounts.
  • Maintain an updated Account Development Plan monthly.
  • Achieve or surpass personal booking and revenue targets to minimize churn.
  • Provide accurate reporting on pipeline, forecast, and win-loss ratios.
  • Engage across all business divisions to create demand for Colt's services.
Key performance indicators:
  • Qualified pipeline covering 12-18 months.
  • Win ratio greater than 75%.
  • High customer satisfaction in sales.
  • Meeting all revenue and growth targets.
  • Accurate monthly/weekly business forecasts.
  • Execution of sales plans aligned with milestones.
Relationships and key contacts:
  • Lead deal qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure processes.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Directors on product and service development.
What we're looking for:
  • At least five years of sales experience, preferably in an international service environment.
  • Strong pipeline and forecast management skills.
  • Excellent qualification skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at the Director level in multicultural settings.
  • Experience in the TK/IT market with an affinity for technology.

You should be a natural networker, a trusted advisor with a strategic mindset, passionate about innovative thinking, results-oriented, resilient, and a positive communicator. Proficiency in English and CRM tools like Salesforce is required.
