This team is responsible for providing a differentiated Customer experience for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.
As a Global Client Director, you conduct ongoing executive mapping exercises to ensure alignment across key internal and external groups. Additionally, you provide thought leadership and strategic co-innovation ideas, and challenge customers when appropriate to think differently and offer alternative industry-specific points of view. You set the organizational tone for building and maintaining long-term strategic customer relationships and for driving larger impact for the customer.
Furthermore, you proactively explore and uncover technologies, confirm customer interest, and understand where Microsoft may not be able to compete, as well as how key customer competitors operate within their respective spaces.
