Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining and developing revenue within existing Colt accounts in a specific region, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell.

What you will do

  1. Maintain and enhance customer portfolios by identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement plans to reduce churn and renew contracts with minimal discounts.
  3. Create compelling win-strategies for each opportunity.
  4. Ensure professional execution of win-strategies.
  5. Present industry-leading proposals to IT and General Management of clients.
  6. Build relationships at the C-Level within each account.
  7. Maintain an updated Account Development Plan monthly.
  8. Achieve or surpass personal booking and revenue targets to reduce churn.
  9. Provide accurate reporting on pipeline, forecast, and win-loss ratios.
  10. Engage across all client business divisions to generate demand for Colt services.

Key performance indicators:

  • Qualified pipeline covering 12–18 months.
  • High customer satisfaction scores.
  • Meeting all revenue and growth targets.
  • Accurate monthly/weekly forecasts.
  • Execution of sales plans aligned with milestones.

Relationships and key contacts

  • Lead deal qualification, proposal, negotiation, closure, and resourcing processes.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Directors and partners on product and service development needs.

What we're looking for

  • At least five years of sales experience, preferably in an international service environment.
  • Strong pipeline and forecast management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at Director level in multicultural settings.
  • Experience in the TK/IT market with a passion for technology.

You should be a natural networker, building long-term relationships, recognized as a trusted advisor with strategic thinking and innovative ideas. Results-oriented, resilient, and positive, you should inspire others through effective communication and passion. Professional English skills and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce are required.

Skills include consultative selling, account management, product knowledge, competitive analysis, and relationship management.
