Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining and developing revenue within existing Colt accounts in a specific region, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell.

What we're looking for
You should be a natural networker, building long-term relationships, recognized as a trusted advisor with strategic thinking and innovative ideas. Results-oriented, resilient, and positive, you should inspire others through effective communication and passion. Professional English skills and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce are required.
Skills include consultative selling, account management, product knowledge, competitive analysis, and relationship management.
