We are looking for a detail-oriented 4PL Business Implementation Manager to manage end-to-end implementation of 4PL projects. You will lead Global, Regional, and Local Implementations for new or existing strategic accounts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and a smooth transition to operations.
Essential Functions:
Management: Lead and manage 4PL account implementations, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables across all phases.
Project Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Continuous Improvement: Oversee re-implementation projects, analyze account requirements, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met and promptly escalating issues when necessary.
Contract Compliance & System Management: Ensure contract compliance, manage account creation in operational systems, and develop SOPs and training materials in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Experience & Industry Knowledge: 5-10 years of experience in 4PL operations and sales, with strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes.
Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing complex 4PL implementation projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results on time and within budget.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in TMS, ERP, or data consolidation systems.
Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration.
Travel & Certifications: Willingness to travel (25%-35%) and PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred, with fluency in English and a secondary language being a plus.
