To support our growing infrastructure and improve the developer experience across teams, we are looking for a GitOps Engineer who’s passionate about technology, automation, and collaboration.

Your Role

As a GitOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with our development teams to improve efficiency, performance, and reliability.

We are looking for someone who is highly self-driven, proactive, and enjoys leading initiatives to improve how we work. You’ll also help foster collaboration and bring together a team that currently needs stronger alignment and cohesion.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and evolve our cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Automate cloud operations using Terraform, Ansible, and Bash
• Monitor systems and services using Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools
• Identify and implement improvements in our developer experience
• Drive DevOps best practices and contribute to the DevOps vision of ezeep
• Collaborate across engineering teams and help improve team dynamics and communication

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Based in Berlin
• Strong experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
• Deep knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Proficient in Linux, scripting (Bash), and monitoring tools
• Self-starter with the ability to independently lead and execute projects
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS
• Knowledge of mobile build & release workflows
• Experience with Grafana, Loki, and Ansible
• Familiarity with Windows Server and PowerShell
