Qualifikationen

  • Master-Abschluss in Psychologie oder verwandten Bereichen erforderlich.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit Klienten oder Patienten.

Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others? Are you looking to develop your career and take on larger responsibilities in an exciting and growing environment? We are currently looking for a new team member as a Mental Health Professional (m / f / d).

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
  2. Attend and lead informational and promotional Wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
  3. Proactively reach out to employees and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
  4. Design, schedule and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team buildings, and activities in accordance with the department objectives.
  5. Support the HR department by advising on potential employee suitability for the project.
  6. Create and implement action plans with the aim to improve employees’ wellbeing.
  7. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
  8. Regularly monitor, collect, evaluate, and report necessary data to keep track of employee’s progress.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in any of the following disciplines: Clinical, counseling or health psychology; Therapeutic counseling; Psychotherapy; Clinical social work.
  2. Have completed at least 3 years with users/clients/patients facing.
  3. License number, full membership or accredited practitioner status.
  4. Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
  5. Very good knowledge of spoken and written English - additional language skills are a plus.
  6. Proficient user of common office software applications.
  7. Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skills and empathy.
  8. Experience with conducting interviews is a plus.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  10. A strong desire to help others and flexibility to work in shifts.
  11. Comfortable to work independently and a strong team worker.
  12. Creative out of the box thinking and a high level of motivation.
  13. Must be located (or relocate to) Essen, Germany.
