Team Leader IT Infrastructure & IT Operations (m / f / d)

This is what you want

• Team leadership : Managing and developing a team of System Architects, System Engineers and Support Engineers. Coaching and motivating the team to continuously improve infrastructure, workplace and software solutions.
• Mentoring & Agile way of working : Supporting individual development and promoting the strengths of each team member. Promotion of personal responsibility and teamwork as well as continuous improvement of work processes.
• Requirements management : organizing and coaching the analysis, specification and prioritization of infrastructure, process and tool requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management : Interface between infrastructure, IT operations, specialist departments and external service providers.
• IT operations : Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems with a focus on modern hosting and cloud infrastructures (Kubernetes, Docker)
• IT governance & strategy : Co-development and implementation of the IT strategy, IT guidelines and compliance requirements (ISO 27001).
• IT security : Developing and ensuring the IT security strategy, including risk management and incident response management.
• Incident management : Responsible for escalation management in the event of technical faults.
• Project management : Management and implementation of technical IT projects to stabilize and scale the IT landscape.
• Administration : Managing and optimizing operational processes, supporting the CIO with cost and capacity planning, auditing and controlling.

Your experience and knowledge

• Degree in computer science, information technology or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in managing IT teams and projects
• Sound knowledge of modern hosting and cloud infrastructures (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience in IT governance, IT security strategies and ISO 27001
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
