• As a contact person (m / f / d), you are passionate about all office-related topics
• You enjoy preparing onboarding and offboarding activities for colleagues (m / f / d)
• You answer calls at the switchboard with a smile
• You process incoming and outgoing mail
• The procurement of consumables and employee catering is on your weekly to-do list
• You will assist with various (administrative) office tasks, such as procuring materials, preparing gifts and organizing events

Your profile

• You have a commercial apprenticeship or relevant proven professional experience, e.g. in office management, as an assistant (m / f / d) or in the secretariat
• You have a sound knowledge of the common Microsoft tools
• You are communicative and like to be the point of contact for concerns of all colleagues (m / f / d)
• Commitment and passion, also for administrative tasks, characterize you
• You are a fan of order, structure and attention to detail
• You have a class B driving license
• We require you to be fluent in written and spoken German
