Automation Specialist (f / m / d)

What you create with us

• Supporting the realization and use of automation across the company
• Supporting our modern automation platforms such as UiPath, Appian, and the Power Platform
• Advising our departments on the optimal use of automation solutions, including requirements gathering
• Evaluating existing or new automation technologies and their applications
• Designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions for manual tasks, e.g., in daily operations
• Participating in projects to introduce new or enhance existing IT process support systems

What you bring with you

• A completed higher education degree (FH diploma / bachelor's degree) in business informatics, economics with an IT focus, or a comparable field, or recognition as an "other employee"
• Extensive practical experience in implementing automation projects from analysis and conception to rollout and operation, preferably including dual study programs in the relevant disciplines
