Based in Germany, responsible for the cluster DACH (Germany-Austria-Switzerland) this role involves managing and motivating Sales and Retail teams, developing strategic Sales plans, building lasting client relationships across the German market and being the Brand ambassador for S.T. Dupont.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for sustainable growth and profit in the Region
  • Lead, manage, and motivate sales and Retail teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with Company objectives.
  • Develop channel strategy.
  • Take responsibility for sales staff, including recruitment, performance management, and development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through Customers plans, effective communication and empathy.
  • Drive international sales efforts, including market entry strategies and trade fair participation.
  • Plan and execute trade fair appearances to promote products and engage with potential clients.
  • Conduct market analysis and create sales forecasts to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product storytelling.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring cost-efficient sales operations and ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Solve problems and address client needs proactively.
  • Prepare and communicate detailed sales reports and performance reviews for senior management.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales and team management.
  • Experience in Retail and Wholesale.
  • Experience in Luxury products.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in budget planning and organizational skills.
  • Native German language and Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
