We are currently seeking a Regional Director (m/f/d) for the South-East Region (Berlin to Munich) to strengthen our Sales Team in Germany.

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to define the regional commercial strategy and monitor sales objectives.
• Support, motivate, and coach managers in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements.
• Develop current and future area managers and build an internal pool of junior staff for growth.
• Analyze data to derive revenue-oriented strategies and implement them effectively.
• Make a strategic decision for a management career by choosing the regional manager position.
• Coordinate with HR and Area Managers to ensure proper staffing of stores.

Your profile :

• Extensive experience as a Regional or Sales Manager (m/f/d).
• Familiarity with the structures of a rapidly developing company and understanding of national sales requirements.
• Strategic thinking, pragmatic action, strong hands-on mentality, and a desire for responsibility.
• Passion for change and ability to inspire teams during transformation.
• Independent planning, organization, implementation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, cost-conscious mindset, and ability to make quick, independent decisions.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to relocate.
