To support our growth, we are currently seeking a Regional Director (m/f/d) for the South-East region (Berlin to Munich) to strengthen our Sales Team in Germany.

  • Define the regional commercial strategy in collaboration with the Sales Director and monitor the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Support, motivate, and coach managers in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frameworks.
  • Focus on developing current and future area managers and building an internal pool of junior staff for ongoing growth.
  • Analyze data to independently develop revenue-oriented strategies and implement them effectively.
  • Make a strategic decision to pursue a management career by assuming the regional manager position.
  • Collaborate with HR and Area Managers to ensure proper staffing of stores.

Your profile:

  • Extensive professional experience as a Regional or Sales Manager (m/f/d).
  • Familiarity with the structures of a rapidly developing company and understanding of national sales requirements is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking, pragmatic action, strong hands-on mentality, and a desire for responsibility.
  • Passion for change and ability to inspire teams during the transformation process.
  • Independent planning, organization, implementation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, cost-consciousness, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to make quick, independent decisions.
  • Excellent English skills and willingness to relocate.
