As a Pharmaceutical Representative, you will embody Santen’s philosophy and marketing vision, acting as a trusted partner to clinic-based ophthalmologists and selected resident eye doctors.

Responsibilities
  • Present the benefits of Santen’s innovative products with a focus on acquiring new prescribers and increasing prescription volume in clinics.
  • Serve as the key point of contact at ophthalmology conferences and events.
  • Organize and lead training sessions to educate and support healthcare professionals.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets within your designated region.
Qualifications
  • Completed training, qualifying to work as pharmaceutical representative or certified pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferentenprüfung)
  • Field experience in the pharmaceutical / clinic sector or comparable sales experience
  • German and English spoken and written (min. C1)
