Jobbeschreibung

The Country Manager for Germany plays a crucial role in driving Amazfit's brand revenues in one of our top markets within the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the EMEA General Manager, this position is key to strengthening our business relations in Germany and the DACH markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key players in the German consumer electronics market.
  2. Manage sales strategy and oversee the country P&L.
  3. Lead sales teams to achieve positive sales results.
  4. Design marketing and branding campaigns, especially for consumer electronics, running, and outdoor products.
  5. Formulate and implement local sales and business development plans to meet sales targets.
  6. Build long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and retailers to understand their needs and identify business opportunities.
  7. Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, product positioning, promotion, and channel strategy.
  8. Collaborate with HQ to optimize products and incorporate market research and client feedback.

Please note: This is a remote role, with periodic/quarterly trips to our HQ in Warsaw.

Ideal Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
  2. Over 10 years of sales experience in the consumer electronics industry with established relationships with key clients.
  3. A proven track record of achieving sales targets across revenue, volume, margin, and market share.
  4. Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments under pressure.
  5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
