Location : Sofia, Bulgaria

Languages Required : German (B2-C1 level) and English (B2-C1 level)

Work Schedule : Flexible shifts, including day and late shifts, with no night shifts.

About the Role :

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our customer support team in Sofia. As a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from German-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and resolving various customer issues. This position offers an opportunity to work in a multicultural environment and develop your career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Respond to and resolve a wide variety of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Assist customers with account-related issues, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
  3. Provide professional and friendly support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective solutions.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.

Requirements :
