Jobbeschreibung

HOURS : 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday

SALARY : EUR 3,000 to START : ASAP

LOCATION : Almere, The Netherlands

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. Work very closely with dealers and spare parts warehouse colleagues to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly, including uploading correct parts numbers, shipment plans, and correct discount levels.
  2. Collaborate with the technical department to accurately respond to dealer technical queries.
  3. Engage with suppliers and the Japan office to resolve outstanding spare parts issues promptly and take preventive measures against future problems.
  4. Monitor dealer order priorities based on their requests, such as breakdown orders or stock orders.
  5. Visit dealers to identify SWOT analysis and clarify improvement areas.
  6. Develop regional parts sales and marketing strategies to enhance dealers' aftersales service capabilities.
  7. Plan and execute sales promotional campaigns based on data-driven analysis.
  8. Monitor pricing levels by parts categories in your assigned territories and provide competitive recommendations.
  9. Assess dealer inventory levels and make stocking recommendations.
  10. Create parts recommendation lists for new dealers and newly launched models.
  11. Provide parts system training to dealers.
  12. Propose and implement ideas for improving daily operations, including systemization, standardization, and efficient workflow.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
  1. Finished HTS / University level (Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / IT) or HBO or HEAO (Marketing / Business Administration) or equivalent.
  2. Proven track record of at least 3+ years with a good understanding of mechanical products and the ability to read parts.
  3. A team player, flexible to support others.
  4. Ability to communicate with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  5. Conflict resolution skills.
  6. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  7. Willingness to travel in and outside of Europe for dealer visits.
  8. Computer skills with operational experience in SAP is a plus.
  9. Deep understanding of Incoterms and logistics processes.
  10. Strong analytical skills and mindset.
  11. Good understanding of marketing theory and ability to develop sales strategies.
  12. Business level of English and German are required; fluency in French and Italian is a plus.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
  • Coordinating skills to accurately register numbers into the SAP system.
  • Strong and effective communication skills: proactive, interpersonal, and results-driven.

  • Proficiency with computer tools: MS Office, working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems), Excel (a must), and Power BI (nice to have).
