LOCATION : Almere, The Netherlands
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work very closely with dealers and spare parts warehouse colleagues to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly, including uploading correct parts numbers, shipment plans, and correct discount levels.
- Collaborate with the technical department to accurately respond to dealer technical queries.
- Engage with suppliers and the Japan office to resolve outstanding spare parts issues promptly and take preventive measures against future problems.
- Monitor dealer order priorities based on their requests, such as breakdown orders or stock orders.
- Visit dealers to identify SWOT analysis and clarify improvement areas.
- Develop regional parts sales and marketing strategies to enhance dealers' aftersales service capabilities.
- Plan and execute sales promotional campaigns based on data-driven analysis.
- Monitor pricing levels by parts categories in your assigned territories and provide competitive recommendations.
- Assess dealer inventory levels and make stocking recommendations.
- Create parts recommendation lists for new dealers and newly launched models.
- Provide parts system training to dealers.
- Propose and implement ideas for improving daily operations, including systemization, standardization, and efficient workflow.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Finished HTS / University level (Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / IT) or HBO or HEAO (Marketing / Business Administration) or equivalent.
- Proven track record of at least 3+ years with a good understanding of mechanical products and the ability to read parts.
- A team player, flexible to support others.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel in and outside of Europe for dealer visits.
- Computer skills with operational experience in SAP is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms and logistics processes.
- Strong analytical skills and mindset.
- Good understanding of marketing theory and ability to develop sales strategies.
- Business level of English and German are required; fluency in French and Italian is a plus.
SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Proficiency with computer tools: MS Office, working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems), Excel (a must), and Power BI (nice to have).
