This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands platform nuances, and can craft compelling stories that drive engagement and brand love — all in flawless German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging German-language content across all major platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Develop platform-specific strategies to grow followers, engagement, and reach
  • Stay on top of trends and adapt content to stay relevant and fresh
  • Actively engage with the online community — respond to DMs, comments, and foster meaningful interactions
  • Align content calendars with broader marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Track and report on KPIs monthly, offering insights and recommendations
Ideal Profile:
  • Native or fluent in German (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years’ experience managing multiple social media platforms
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in German
  • Strong understanding of platform trends and audience behaviors
  • Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar
  • Proficiency in Canva or basic video editing is a strong advantage
  • Proactive, organised, and confident working independently
