We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our fast-growing media production agency in Berlin. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Germany, this role will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities across the DACH region and beyond, while managing the 360 sales-cycle. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth, building relationships with decision-makers, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
This is a full-time, office-based role offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the 360 sales-cycle for the DACH region and globally, from lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers to drive sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Demonstrate high-level negotiation skills to secure and grow partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service offerings and campaign strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market forces, and economic implications within both the public and private sectors.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and client pitches with a professional and positive approach.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, and have strong experience in managing the 360 sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal in a B2B environment, particularly within the creative, media production, marketing, or advertising industries.

Profile:

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is a must for the role
  • A proven track record as a Sales Manager, Sales Executive, managing the 360 Sales cycle in a B2B environment
  • Experience selling to C-suite level executives and decision-makers.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and LinkedIn.
