We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing sales team in Barcelona, working on an international digital marketing project for one of the world’s leading platforms. If you are fluent in German, passionate about sales, and interested in supporting businesses through online advertising solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.

The role offers a hybrid working model, a competitive compensation package, and full relocation support for candidates relocating to Spain.

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses in the German market, providing strategic advertising solutions

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored recommendations to help them achieve their marketing goals

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new accounts

  • Work towards individual and team sales targets within a structured, fast-paced environment

What We Expect from You
  • C2 or C1 proficiency in German

  • Strong command of English

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is an advantage

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic setting

  • Interest in digital marketing, technology, and supporting businesses through online platforms

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

What We Offer
  • Permanent, full-time contract (39 hours per week)

  • Base salary: Over €24K gross per year
