One of our clients, a well-known car rental service, is seeking German speakers to join their Customer Support team.

Mara : "Hello, I'm planning an Instagram tour through Germany next weekend. Friday I'll visit the Brandenburg Gate and then stroll through the capital. I also want to feel like a princess at Sanssouci Palace. On Saturday, it's Neuschwanstein Castle, and on Sunday, I plan to enjoy the view from Cologne Cathedral and end the weekend." Your main responsibilities include being the first point of contact for our customers, advising on bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices. You will assist our business and private customers via phone and email with online booking systems, making reservations, offering full-service packages, and resolving issues. Your goal is to provide excellent service to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain calmness and focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work towards targets, enjoy collaborating with an international team, and value idea exchange.

• You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written) with clear and understandable communication skills.
