Location: Essen | Department: Regional Business Line Parts & Services | Reporting to: Technical Support Manager

The focus is on managing surface drilling equipment throughout its lifecycle. The Technical Specialist - Surface is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering all customer questions and concerns regarding our products, and helping them make the most informed buying decisions. You will participate in customer and sales discussions and collaborate with the responsible sales personnel as a team. You are the first point of contact for technical questions from employees in the Customer Center, customers, and the Business team, all while aligning with our vision: "Dare to think new"!
