Your Mission

As a Google Ads Sales Account Manager youll serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of Germanspeaking businesses and agency partners. Youll not only guide them in building and optimising campaigns but take a proactive role in longterm growth planning driving account performance and revenue expansion.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and support newer team members making this a perfect opportunity for professionals who already have a solid foundation in digital sales and are ready to stretch into account strategy and informal leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with businesses and agencies to understand marketing goals and translate them into highimpact Google Ads strategies
  • Take ownership of a book of business focusing on longterm growth sustainability and client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify upselling and crossselling opportunities driving account expansion
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure seamless campaign and client success
  • Stay ahead of industry trends Google Ads updates and market dynamics to provide cuttingedge advice
  • Support the development of more junior team members through bestpractice sharing and informal mentoring
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to team knowledge and goals

What We Are Looking For

  • Nativelevel German (C2 and fluency in English
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • A proven track record in sales or digital advertising
  • Solid expertise in Google Ads (Search Display Video / YouTube) and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to link business objectives to tailored ad solutions
  • Confident communicator negotiator and relationship builder
  • Autonomous resourceful and passionate about helping clients grow
  • Experience managing a pipeline or client portfolio is a strong plus
  • Passionate about marketing technology and client success
