You will be a critical liaison between the customer and our service teams, ensuring quick, effective assistance during roadside incidents. Responsibilities

  • Answer emergency calls from German-speaking customers and provide immediate, empathetic assistance.
  • Evaluate the nature of the emergency and coordinate with appropriate service teams for timely support.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Deliver clear communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the assistance process.
  • Collaborate with remote team members to share insights and improve service protocols.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service and emergency response.
  • Collect feedback from customers to contribute to service enhancements and quality assurance.

Requirements
