As a Customer Support Agent 70% of your work, you’ll professionally respond to customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls ).
As a Content Moderator 30% of your work, you’ll play a crucial role in reviewing content across various marketplaces / apps, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and country‑specific laws. By doing so, you’ll contribute to a secure online space for users to interact with each other.
Paid 2‑week training provided on‑site.
Health insurance (free after 6 months).
Relocation package :
Airport pick‑up upon arrival.
Hotel accommodation covered by the company (5 nights, extendable up to 3 weeks).
Flight reimbursement up to 200 (paid after 6 months).
