Next Job Abroad is seeking a highly motivated and skilled German Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our esteemed team within the iGaming sector in Malta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clientele, ensuring inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively. Your engagement will significantly contribute to our customers' overall experience and satisfaction with our gaming services. We are pleased to provide relocation assistance to facilitate your transition to life in Malta.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via various channels including chat, email, and telephone to ensure client satisfaction for our German-speaking users.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Educate customers about our gaming products and services to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective record-keeping.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to foster continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service competencies.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer care.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer support tools is desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new cultural setting.
- A keen interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming sector is a valuable advantage.
