Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (on-site or remote based in Portugal)
Language Requirements: German (C1+) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time, Shifts (including weekends if required)

About the Role

Are you fluent in German and ready to join a leading global customer experience team in Porto? We're hiring motivated professionals for Customer Support and Content Moderation roles across various international projects and platforms.

You will provide user support and ensure content compliance, working alongside a diverse, high-performing team in a dynamic and international environment.

What You’ll Do

Customer Support:

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate product and service information

Content Moderation:

  • Review and evaluate user-generated content
  • Enforce compliance with platform policies
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
  • Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety
What We're Looking For
  • German fluency (C1 or higher)
  • English proficiency (minimum B2)
  • EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work on-site in Porto
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
