As part of our support team, you will assist German-speaking clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our gaming products. Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Educate customers about our products and services to improve their gaming experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is advantageous.
