Join the dynamic team at Next Job Abroad as a German Speaking Customer Support Agent in the thrilling iGaming industry in Malta! This is an incredible opportunity to utilize your language skills and customer service expertise while experiencing life in a beautiful Mediterranean setting. As a member of our dedicated support team, you will assist our German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide important information about our gaming offerings. If you are positive, approachable, and motivated by delivering outstanding customer experiences, we would love to have you on board. To facilitate your transition to Malta, we also offer a comprehensive relocation package!

Responsibilities
  1. Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
  2. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  3. Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their gaming experience.
  4. Work closely with your team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  6. Gather customer feedback and relay insights to support continuous improvement.
  7. Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
  1. Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
  2. Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  4. Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an asset.
  6. Willingness to relocate to Malta and indulge in a new cultural experience.
  7. A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant plus.
