Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in a live inbound support role. You will handle German inbound calls, assist with billing, product questions, and technical inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position requires excellent German (C2) and English (minimum B1), with rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 09:00–22:00). Hybrid on-site option becomes available after 4 months based on performance and KPIs.

About the Role

Join a leading customer support team supporting a prestigious Swiss telecommunications company. You'll assist customers via inbound calls, resolve inquiries, provide product and billing support, and identify sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• C2 German proficiency (spoken and written)
• Minimum B1 English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, between 09:00–22:00)
• Willing to work on-site (hybrid option available after 4 months based on KPIs)
