In Germany, they operate over 130 centers in 25 cities. We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Services and Sales Manager to strengthen our team.

Your Tasks as Customer Services and Sales Manager:

• Operational responsibility of the location
• Leasing and sales of the business center
• Increase turnover
• Acquire new customers and close new contracts
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, brokers, and partners
• Manage the center team technically in daily operations
• Maintain the center standards
• Minimize outstanding accounts and develop additional business opportunities
• Provide first-class customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints or escalate as necessary
• Organize and coordinate events and community activities
• Respond to daily customer inquiries
• Communicate with landlords, suppliers, and internal departments

Your Profile as Customer Services and Sales Manager:
