What You\'ll Do
  • Handle incoming queries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and friendly support on product/service issues.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Continuously work on improving customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
  • Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer support or contact center role is a plus (but not a must!).
  • Tech-savviness and comfort with online tools and systems.
