Role : Customer Service Representative for a global client
Environment : Dynamic and international
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service.
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements :
Soft skills : Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Residence : Must already reside in Malta.
Experience : Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
What We Offer :
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
KPI Bonus : Up to €2,000 / year , eligible after 6 months.
Contract Type : Permanent.
Working hours : Monday - Sunday, 08 : 00 - 19 : 00 (shift-based).
