About the Role: As a Customer Care Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional support to our customers in the entertainment industry. This role focuses primarily on chat and email communication, with only 5-10% of your time dedicated to inbound calls. You will be the go-to person for customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (written and verbal)
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills and an interest in sports
  • Organized, with strong decision-making and analytical abilities
  • Typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Work permit in Bulgaria: Only EU citizens or Bulgarian Residence Card holders are eligible (No visa support for non-EU citizens)
  • High school education (Customer service experience is a plus but not required)
