Role: Customer Service Representative for a global client

Environment: Dynamic and international

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  3. Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service.
  4. Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

  1. Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  2. Residence: Must already reside in Malta.
  3. Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
