Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
  2. Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
  3. Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
  6. Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
  7. Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and contribute to the development of compliance protocols.
Profile:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. You have prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. You demonstrate excellent French skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German is NOT mandatory.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  6. A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.
