Are you keen to be part of a team responsible for developing, designing, and constructing logistics projects across EMEA countries using the latest technology? Do you seek a fast-paced, international environment focused on innovation, learning from experienced professionals, and delivering high-quality buildings with safety, people, and sustainability at the core?

The role is based anywhere in Europe with 30% travel within EMEA. As a Senior Preconstruction Manager, you will manage complex projects from site selection through design, permitting, and contract execution, collaborating with design teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing cross-functional industrial projects, ensuring scope control, and driving decisions.
2. Communicating effectively to drive results and clear blockers.
3. Overseeing service providers and negotiating costs.
4. Estimating costs, managing due diligences, schedules, and forecasts.
5. Supervising safety programs and standards.
6. Negotiating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar with relevant experience.
• Project management experience from design to operation.
• Experience in packaging/logistics facilities preferred.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's in engineering, supply chain, or similar STEM field.
• Experience in multiple construction disciplines.
• Knowledge of BIM and participation in Amazon FC launches preferred.
• Additional language skills (French, Polish, Arabic) are a plus.

A typical day involves managing construction projects, leading teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring project feasibility and compliance. Excellent communication skills are essential.
