Zusammenfassung

Nomadify in Germany is seeking a German-speaking customer service professional to act as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. You will deliver timely, accurate support in line with SLAs and document interactions in our CRM.

The role requires native or near-native German, good English, and a structured, KPI-driven mindset. On-site work with relocation support and a signing bonus up to 2500 EUR are available, along with a competitive salary and ongoing training.
