The job :

You will represent the company and provide professional technical support for inquiries related to specific models, purchases, errors, etc. It is important that you are a problem-solving individual with a positive attitude. You will receive training before handling customer interactions, but prior interest in cars is an advantage!

Your daily work will include tasks like these :

  • Provide the highest level of support to customers via phone and email on a range of issues
  • Give accurate, valid, and complete information following proper procedures
  • Build meaningful relationships by answering customer questions courteously, friendly, and professionally
  • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Create a great customer experience that customers value and are proud of
  • Follow management directions and provide feedback

You speak German fluently and are fluent in English (B2 level).

Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.

You have basic computer handling skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a desire to learn and grow. You are curious, investigative, and a problem solver.

Strong communication skills are essential, including excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and good interpersonal relationship-building skills.
