Content Moderators play a key role in shaping social media by ensuring that all posts align with community standards. Our established team of German speakers in Berlin, along with 14 other markets, is dedicated to maintaining a safe and enjoyable platform for all users. As a Content Moderator at Majorel, you will:
- Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing content based on our client's policies and guidelines.
- Review, block, and delete content that violates community standards.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality at all times.
- Contribute to reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes, and misinformation online.

- Monthly gross salary of €2,668.50 (based on 40 hours/week) plus performance incentives up to €150.

Ideally, you have:
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Awareness of cultural, political issues, and social trends relevant to the region you will support.

- Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7).
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany.
