About the job German Sales Representative

Start your career in sales in sunny Barcelona

As a German Sales Representative, you will be an essential member of our dynamic sales team, helping us connect with customers and expand our market reach. Whether you have some sales experience or are just starting out, this role offers a fantastic hybrid work model, blending office and remote work. You'll spend two days each week at our modern office in Barcelona and the remaining three days working from the comfort of your home!

What You'll Do:

  • Client Outreach: Proactively engage with potential clients, build strong relationships by understanding their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Confidently present and promote our products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Lead Management & Negotiation: Efficiently manage your sales pipeline, diligently follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, identifying new sales opportunities and providing strategic insights to the team.
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, share valuable insights, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential.
  • Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
