Zusammenfassung

Dreame Technology is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the German-speaking market. The role involves developing channel partnerships, formulating sales strategies, and managing market execution. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience, strong sales capabilities, and be fluent in German and English. This position allows for remote work with occasional travel to Amsterdam if office space is required.

Qualifikationen

  • 3+ years in channel sales of consumer-grade products in Europe.
  • Experience in market development and customer research is preferred.
  • Working fluently in English and German.

Jobbeschreibung

1. Responsible for the development of customers looking for products in the German-speaking area, and the establishment of a channel system, including agents, secondary KA and OEM customers;

2. Responsible for the use of market funds, formulate product and price strategies;

3. According to the existing channel structure, optimize the distributor system to ensure the supply of channel inventory; maintain market order and ensure the profitability of partners;

4. Formulate sales strategies according to company requirements, formulate quarterly / annual goals and plans, improve marketing organization systems and management systems, rationally allocate company resources, and ensure the implementation of marketing strategies;

5. Do a good job of regional sell-in and sell-out management to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts.

Qualifications

1. 3 years and above experience in channel sales of consumer-grade products in Europe; 2. Have strong development capabilities, be able to independently carry out sales activities such as customer appointments, visits, and key customer research, have market development experience, and channel management experience is preferred;

3. Sales forecasting, product invoicing, terminal sales price management, KA store management experience is preferred;

4. Fluent in spoken English and German, able to communicate fluently with local customers as a working language;

5. Able to adapt to business trips; familiar with the process of industry exhibitions, experience in participating in IFA, CES and other industry products is preferred.

Position candidate should be worked from home. If you need an office space, can go to Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
