About the Opportunity

Welo Data is a leading company in localization and data transformation, running one of the largest Ads Rating Programs globally. We are seeking a German-speaking Quality Rating Analyst to improve digital advertising quality. This role is remote, based in Italy, Spain, Romania, Germany, UK, Greece, Ireland, or Argentina, working with a team of analysts, data scientists, and raters on impactful projects for global tech companies.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze, review, and evaluate digital ads in German, ensuring quality standards.
• Set and maintain rating standards to aid AI training.
• Handle complex language tasks and provide guideline-compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to innovate and enhance user experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Background or interest in AI training, translation, linguistics, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in human interpretation, cultural nuances, and digital trends.
• Attention to detail and passion for tech, language, and internet culture.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Residing in Italy, Spain, Romania, Germany, UK, Greece, Ireland, or Argentina.
• Strong computer skills and reliable internet.
• Familiarity with online search tools and content platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to sign NDA and agreements.
