A leading company in the fitness and advertising sectors seeks a highly driven Business Development and Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Germany. The role involves market research, building relationships with regional partners, and developing strategies for growth across the German market. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to contribute significantly to an established company's expansion efforts. Some travel across Europe will be required.
Our client has, via multiple international gym and health and fitness organizations, the opportunity to become part of their commercial enterprise. The extent of this involvement varies, ranging from acting as a 3rd party sales house to assisting with programmatic initiatives, brand partnership integrations, back-end CMS, and potential screen integrations across DOOH and AV.
Furthermore, they aim to expand these opportunities across more gym estates in high-value territories beyond their current foothold.
Their challenge is balancing growth opportunities with the revenue expectations set by their gym partners. Therefore, the ability to generate revenue through advertising or negotiate balanced revenue-sharing arrangements with gym partners is essential.
