Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for German Language Teachers to provide in-person customized lessons to our clients in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Job Information:

• Students: 1 adult
• Lesson frequency: once a week, 1 hour
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Location: At the client’s place near Dilthey-Haus - Am Schloßpark 129, 65203 Wiesbaden, Germany
• Current target language level: German (Intermediate) - I would like a teacher to assess my level.
• Student’s language needs and goals: I will work and live in Germany; my goal is to reach a fluent level to be able to communicate easily with native speakers and make friends in the area. Daily conversation and no grammar.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience
