Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring German language teachers to provide customized in-person lessons to our clients in Leipzig, Germany.

What We Offer

You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher. Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your agenda, and we don't require a minimum number of hours per week or month.

Position Details

• Student: 1 adult
• Schedule: intensive classes on weekdays, 2-3 hours in the morning (e.g., 9am-12pm) or afternoon (e.g., 2-5pm or 3-6pm)
• Preferred start date: week of Aug 4 or week of Sep 22
• Delivery method: Face-to-face
• Location: near Prager Straße, Leipzig, Germany
• Current Spanish level: Mid-beginner
• Additional information: Had 45 hours with previous teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that inspire and motivate students
• Design and implement customized curricula aligned with learners' proficiency levels and objectives
• Track and assess student progress, guiding them to achieve their learning goals
• Communicate professionally and effectively with students, ensuring a positive learning environment

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in German, both written and spoken
• Degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, linguistics, second language acquisition, or a related field
• At least two years of target language teaching experience
