Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients through creating impactful PPC campaigns.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tailored digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze campaign data to optimize spend, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.
• Client Engagement: Manage a high volume of client interactions daily, delivering top-quality support and fostering strong relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Educational Background: A BA/BS degree or equivalent; an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising.
• Skills: Strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals; excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective time management and self-organization; analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making; client-focused attitude; team player; native-level German; high proficiency in English.
