Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to help clients launch their first Google Ads campaigns in Barcelona. You will onboard clients, craft PPC campaigns, and align strategies with client goals, while benefiting from relocation support and temporary housing.

The role requires German (C2+) and English (B2+), 1–2 years in sales or online advertising, and strong communication skills for consultations and proposals.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Masters in Marketing/Communications is a plus.
• 1–2 years in sales or online advertising.
• Strong communication skills for phone consultations and proposal writing.
• Excellent time management and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in German (C2+ level) and proficient in English (B2+).
• EU passport or valid Residence Permit for Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of daily phone consultations with potential clients.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; a Masters in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
• Strong communication skills for phone consultations and proposal writing.
• Excellent time management and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in German (C2 level and higher) and proficient in English (B2+)
• In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain

Relocation assistance and temporary housing (studio for up to 2 months) are provided by the hiring company for a smooth start!

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (39h/week).
• Salary: EUR 23,876 + up to EUR 3,408 in bonuses.
