Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients and create impactful PPC campaigns.
• Understand client needs and goals to optimize ad performance.
• Drive upselling and sustainable ad spending.
• Manage a high volume of daily phone consultations with potential clients.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
• Strong communication skills for phone consultations and proposal writing.
• Excellent time management and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English.
• In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain

Relocation assistance and temporary housing are provided by the hiring company for a smooth start!

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (39h/week).
• Salary: EUR23,876 + up to EUR3,408 in bonuses.
